Business Development Representatives are responsible for driving new business and increasing the qualified pipeline of new opportunities through high volume outbound calls and data collection. The position requires superior Customer Service skills and the ability to discuss intimate medical issues.
Requirements
- Responsible for high volume of outbound activities (phone, email, etc.)
- Effectively educate consumers and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Communicate and work as a team with the DtC Sales Reps
- Meeting established outbound objectives and metrics
- Accurately and thoroughly document each end user conversation in Comfort Medical systems per standard department procedures
