Oscar is hiring a Business Development Representative to join the Plus Oscar team, responsible for owning top of funnel activity and supporting the Director of Business Solutions across all sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree & 1+ years of work experience in a business development type role
  • 1+ years of experience executing on top of funnel outreach campaigns
  • Bonus points: Experience with lead generation marketing, Direct Payor, Provider, or General Healthcare experience, Strong familiarity with sales best practices and top of funnel strategy, Clear and effective communicator both verbal and written, Ability to prioritize based on the needs and managing multiple opportunities at once
