We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Insights Analyst to join our TAPFIN Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating complex data to non-technical team members.
Requirements
- Experience in MSP / Staffing / Workforce Management Consulting
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent data visualization tool
- Problem-solving abilities and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
