Requirements
- 10+ years in business operations, IT operations, or similar roles
- Degree educated in business, IT, or related discipline
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency or working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, APEX, SQL) for data manipulation
- Familiarity with the Confluence platform
- Project Management skills
- Familiarity with LEAN, 5S, or similar management and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
