They seek an Advertising/Marketing Operations Assistant to provide support for the Advertising team, managing reports, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage advertising reports, databases, and platform profiles across multiple tools (Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, etc.).
- Support department leadership with scheduling, reporting (LTRs, budgets, pacing files), and SOP documentation.
- Coordinate training, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure teams have access to tools and resources.
- Deliver accurate DSP invoices and agency fees, and ensure advertising budgets are approved, tracked, and communicated on time.
