Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development Operations, you will work closely with senior leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts across our Architecture, Engineering, Process, and Construction practices to help clients solve highly complex challenges and deliver transformative capital projects.

What You Will Do

Manage sales operations and business development capabilities that enable competitive advantage and revenue growth. Oversee proposal management, sales process governance, team coordination, and operational excellence across all pursuit activities.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in business development operations, pursuit coordination, project support, or related experience within the AEC sector
• Understanding of capital project lifecycles within regulated or advanced-technology environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, communications, construction, or a related field (preferred)
• Professional credentials such as PE, RA, PMP, or other certifications are a plus
