The Role

You will be the first dedicated go-to-market hire at Bynd.

This role owns the entire surface area between our products and the market across all of Bynd’s products and customers. You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to build the GTM function from the ground up.

This role is well suited for someone who thinks like a business owner, writes clearly, and is comfortable with senior financial stakeholders.

What You Will Own

  • Product Marketing & Positioning: Pitch decks, one-pagers, product introductions, and competitive positioning. Own how Bynd shows up to the market.
  • Website, Content & Brand: Build a compelling website. Write blog posts, LinkedIn content, and product announcements that build Bynd’s presence among financial services buyers.
  • Customer Onboarding & Success: Run onboarding sessions, track adoption and engagement, and be the primary relationship layer between Bynd and our clients after deal close.
  • Proposals, SOWs & Commercial Enablement: Draft and maintain proposals, SOWs, pricing documents, and security questionnaires. Build repeatable templates that make the sales process fast and professional.
  • Product Communications: Product update emails, feature announcements, launch materials, and changelog content across customers and the market.
  • Events & Field Presence: When required, represent Bynd at industry events and conferences. Be comfortable being the face of the company in a room of senior financial professionals.

What You Will Need

Must-Haves

  • Exceptional written communication. You can take a rough brief and produce a proposal, blog post, or deck that requires minimal revision.
  • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders at financial institutions and fielding tough questions on security or procurement calls.
  • Strong commercial instinct for enterprise B2B sales, including long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to context-switch between writing, presenting, filling out questionnaires, and running customer calls in the same week.
  • Genuine curiosity about financial services and how private equity, investment banking, equity research, credit, and diligence work day to day.

Preferred

  • Prior experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company where you wore multiple hats across marketing, customer success, or business operations.
  • Background in consulting, banking, or a financial services-adjacent role that gives you fluency with our buyers.
  • Experience with product marketing or growth at a technical or AI-driven product company.
  • Familiarity with the Indian financial services ecosystem, including the firms, the workflows, and the decision-making culture.
