CADDi is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Operations staff to monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process for their B2B SaaS product, ‘Drawer’. The role involves collaboration with various professionals and a focus on creating a flat, non-hierarchical relationship with customers and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role with a focus on process improvement and project management.
• Proficiency in Thai, English, and Japanese (written and verbal).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
