Affiliate Marketing Analyst

The Analyst oversees the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, from evaluation and onboarding to contract structuring, compliance, KPI design, and performance optimization. They demonstrate strong judgment, commercial fluency, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Lead day-to-day oversight of a large, diverse portfolio of affiliate partners
• Manage onboarding, contracting, workflow design, tracking, integrations, and issue resolution
• Enforce rigorous compliance and governance standards
• Continuously monitor partner activity and proactively escalate concerns
• Build, refine, and manage KPI frameworks across partners, states, and products
• Develop data-driven recommendations for commission structures, deal constructs, and partner tiering
• Analyze traffic quality, customer conversion, deposit behavior, and long-term value to optimize partner mix and channel efficiency
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Product to ensure scalable, responsible, audit-ready program operations
• Develop clear, concise, insight-driven narratives for weekly business reviews, monthly performance reads, and ad-hoc executive inquiries
• Present risks, opportunities, and recommended actions with a strong point of view and supporting data
• Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
