Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will create a welcoming store environment, inspire teamwork, and drive sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining store operations, mentoring associates, and embodying the company’s culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Basic computer skills
