Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in general retail practices and procedures
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
- Previous experience in a team environment and motivating others
- Ability to mentor and train associates
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
