Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Part-Time Sales Lead at Famous Footwear, you will inspire a welcoming environment and culture where customers feel valued and supported, and provide excellent customer service by recommending shoes and ensuring a perfect fit. You will be responsible for managing the store, including pricing, inventory, and operations, and will work collaboratively with the store team to achieve goals and provide top-notch customer experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
