Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to create a welcoming environment and provide the best shoe store experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about shoes, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
