Lead the sales function for our real estate portfolio, developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, manage a sales team, and lead negotiations for high-value deals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate or property development sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multimillion-dirham sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, off-plan sales processes, and buyer behaviors
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
