Role Overview

Lead the sales function for our real estate portfolio, developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, manage a sales team, and lead negotiations for high-value deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate or property development sector
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multimillion-dirham sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, off-plan sales processes, and buyer behaviors
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
