As a Product Marketing Manager at CaliberMind, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product messaging, sales enablement strategies, and competitive positioning to drive success and elevate our market presence.

Location: Remote with some travel and office time- Colorado preferred but not required

Compensation: $100,000 -$120,000 plus bonus and stock options (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various critical tasks that contribute to our market leadership and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Positioning and Messaging: Continuously update and refine product positioning and messaging to align with changing market trends, buyer pain points, and the evolving buyer’s journey.
  • Seller Enablement Programs: Design and implement seller enablement programs encompassing product training, battle cards, and in-depth competitive analysis to equip our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver impactful sales tools that directly influence win rates and sales velocity, empowering our sales teams to excel.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate closely with product management to support the successful launch of new features and products, aiming to maximize upsell revenue and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Buyer Personas: Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas that enhance our understanding of target audiences, enabling effective engagement and communication strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Create and sustain an extensive repository of competitive research through activities like win-loss analysis, voice-of-the-customer interviews, and surveys.
  • Content Strategy: Support our content marketing initiatives by contributing to content creation efforts, including written and video content, to drive SEO, pipeline progression, performance marketing, and our emerging Account-Based Experience (ABX) approach.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revenue Operations (RevOps) professional, demonstrating a deep understanding of revenue-focused strategies and operations.
  • A 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience that showcases your foundational knowledge and skills in marketing and business.
  • A demonstrated capability for content creation, including both written and video content, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Preferred Requirements:

Ideally, you will also have:

  • A strong working knowledge of a Revenue Operations stack, indicating your familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing data analysis, allowing you to extract insights from data to make informed decisions and drive strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate ideas, strategies, and insights clearly and persuasively.
