Requirements
- Coach and mentor, an assigned team of Design Consultants
- Ensure direct reports are delivering on an exception customer experience
- Performance manages underperformers following performance management guidelines
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and other Assistant Sales Managers Sales Leads
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members
- Analyze sales data and develop strategy to address areas of opportunity
- Monitor and enforce sales team’s participation in local industry meetings and functions
