Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to support and grow one of our key client relationships within the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) space. This role will focus on managing the day-to-day relationship for one primary GPO account while helping expand visibility and opportunities across the account’s broader member network.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, business development support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, patient access, call center operations, or outsourced services strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, contacts, and follow-up items at once.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Microsoft Teams and other standard business systems and software used in a professional environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively without significant hand-holding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating presentations, client-facing materials, and professional email communications.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to think strategically within an assigned account while also handling day-to-day execution and follow-through.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies that support efficiency, communication, reporting, and overall business operations.
