Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and make a difference every day. As a Data Science Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Demand Planning function by developing and enhancing advanced forecasting models. You’ll work with machine learning and advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy, optimize financial and supply chain performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in data science, forecasting, or advanced analytics (supply chain experience strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Solid expertise in Python, R, SQL, and GitHub and other IDE’s like Pycharm VS code
• Statistical and Machine Learning: Strong knowledge of various algorithms and techniques, including time series analysis, regression, and ensemble learning
• Data Analysis: Expertise in EDA, data cleaning, and feature engineering
• Forecasting experience is a plus
• Experience with supply chain or demand planning datasets
• Experience with o9 platform preferred
• Analytical & Business Skills: Ability to translate complex analyses into business insights, strong problem-solving skills, risk identification and prioritization capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset
