What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Partner Managers in Europe to plan and execute partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Support local co-marketing programs with Global System Integrators (GSIs).
• Manage partner communications via newsletters, webinars, digital campaigns, and events.
• Work cross-functionally with Partner, Field Operations, and Marketing teams to achieve key outcomes.

What You Bring

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing SaaS solutions in B2B markets.
• 3+ years’ experience developing and executing partner marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous work culture.
• Experience thriving in high-growth start-up/scale-up environments.
• Hands-on experience building relationships with partners and partner managers.
• Experience using collaborative project management software (e.g., Asana).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Partner Relationship Management or Through-Channel Marketing Automation platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian.

Compensation

For external hires, we ensure ample room for growth within the role. Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation range:

• United States: $119,300 – $178,900
• Germany: €79,300 – €119,000
• United Kingdom: £77,300 – £115,900
• Singapore: S$148,100 – S$222,200
