As a Bilingual (Fr/En) Account Executive, you will drive business development, growth, and retention with consultant houses and large Workplace Retirement and Saving (WRS) clients, leveraging initiative, presentation, communication, and relationship building skills to foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English)
- 5+ years of Group Retirement Savings in a business development or client relationship management role
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated skills as a collaborator, negotiator and partner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several priorities
- Post-secondary education along with the Retirement Plan Associate designation (CEBS) and RPA Primer
- LLQP license within the first 12 months of employment
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office products
