Manager, Data Strategy & Enablement

The Manager, Data Strategy & Enablement role will report to the Director, Strategic Data within Canada Finance and will be a key contributor to advancing Canada Finance’s data and analytics objectives. The role supports the delivery of projects by enabling trusted, high-quality data and insights that help partners make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or supporting complex initiatives, programs, or projects, with a strong ability to understand business needs, structure problems, and develop practical solutions;
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise messages and connect the dots between business objectives, data, and outcomes;
  • High level of comfort presenting to senior leaders, including preparing and delivering clear, well‐structured updates, recommendations, and decision‐ready materials;
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
  • Attention to detail, ability to analyze and evaluate information and support decision making;
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross‐functional teams and building strong, trusted relationships;
  • Customer‐service-oriented mindset, with a focus on enabling partners and improving how work gets done. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Power Point, Forms, Power BI) and digital communication and learning tools;
  • Passion for problem solving and identifying creative solutions when faced with challenges or ambiguity;
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
