Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients
• Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments
• Open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow skills
• Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process
• Chase results and love to win, both independently and as part of a team
• Have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and are ready to be on the move in your territory
