Director, Revenue Operations

Canva is seeking an experienced Director, Revenue Operations to oversee Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Sales Compensation. This role focuses on streamlining revenue processes, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring accuracy and data-driven decisions. The position will lead the planning and execution of sales compensation, empowering the Sales team and driving efficiency within the Revenue Accounting function.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning/Activation, and Incentive Compensation
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
  • Proven track record of scaling processes and automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
