Canva is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to oversee Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Sales Compensation. The role involves designing a scalable roadmap for sales team efficiency, driving automation, and establishing strong financial discipline. This is a strategic role working closely with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Finance, and other teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning/Activation and Incentive Compensation within high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, entitlement/provisioning, and compensation tools.
- Proven track record of scaling processes and automation with strong governance and controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
