Role Overview
Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll focus on the DACH region, running a high-velocity, end-to-end sales cycle with a strong focus on new logo attainment.
What You Will Do
You’ll own a targeted book of German-speaking mid-market prospects and run outbound sales activity to identify, engage, and convert new business. You’ll run a full sales cycle from first outreach to close, using the SPICED methodology to qualify opportunities and uncover real customer value.

You have some experience in outbound sales, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment, and you’re hungry to build a career in mid-market sales. You’re a confident, clear communicator in both German and English, and you’re comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Confident, clear communication in both German and English
- CRM and outreach tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, Gong)
- Self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a full pipeline and hit consistent activity and conversion targets
