Are you a dynamic marketing operations expert who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technical precision? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer, with a deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, content creation, and website management. In this role, you’ll lead our global organization’s efforts to optimize our Hubspot CRM and develop high-impact email campaigns, all while ensuring seamless integration across multiple marketing channels. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from strategy to execution, while overseeing the website to keep content fresh and functional. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll provide actionable insights and help drive business decisions through actionable insights.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Digital Marketing
- CRM – Serve as the primary manager of our Hubspot CRM, managing records, architecture, organization, and reporting for the membership data and “CCC Community” hand raiser list. Build management reporting dashboards and lead efforts to enhance actionable CRM insights to support strategic decision making.
- Marketing Automation – Build thoughtful, multi-touch email campaigns and automation flows for key audiences. Design attention-grabbing email templates, write meaningful content, and continuously optimize against KPIs through a/b testing and iteration.
- Marketing Campaigns – Assist the Marketing Director in launching full funnel marketing campaigns to external and internal audiences. Support cross-functional event planning and on-site event activations.
- Website – Daily management of carconnectivity.org to ensure functionality and current content. Work with the web team to plan, design, test, and launch new pages and content modules. Regularly update the website blog, news, and events sections.
Creative & Content
- Design email templates and write email content.
- Provide website UI/UX guidance and feedback.
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Manage digital marketing content calendar that aligns with business and marketing projects.
- Design graphics as needed, and work with outside creative teams to develop creative assets to support your activities.
- Design and field surveys to CCC members.
Analytics and Reporting
- Collaborate with CCC leadership, cross-functional colleagues, and outside partners to manage monthly and quarterly reporting across marketing, membership, and other business areas as needed.
- Collect data inputs and consolidate into reports to present to CCC leadership.
ABOUT YOU
Simply put, you’re a marketing rockstar with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Minimum of 7 years demonstrable and relevant experience.
- Deep experience building/operating CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Hubspot.
- Experience with managing public websites, content updates, UX/UI, analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Skills with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing surveys with tools like SurveyMonkey is preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Leadership capabilities, including managing outside partners and vendors.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for advanced email design.
- Comfortable in a remote working environment with flexible hours to support global partners in different time zones.
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally.
