Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will support the Commercial team across both Direct and Distribution Markets within the International Medical Products business. This is a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and finance operations.

What You Will Do

Assist with month-end close activities, financial reporting and review requirements. Prepare and maintain financial reports, management dashboards, and monthly reporting packages. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Accounting, preferably in multinational (MNC) environment
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, SAP, Hana or data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power Query, Macro
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to support both routine and ad hoc finance activities
