Cardo AI is transforming how structured finance is managed. Our software powers some of the most sophisticated investors and banks across private credit, asset-based lending, and securitization – helping them replace spreadsheets with smart, connected tools built for scale.
We’re expanding fast in the U.S. and are hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst to work directly with our CEO in New York. You’ll help us win more clients, grow ARR, and build a scalable go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of strategy, sales, and product.
What You’ll Do
Go-to-Market Execution
- Analyze the sales funnel to identify drop-offs, blockers, and opportunities to improve client conversion.
- Track and summarize competitor activity, market movements, and key trends in private credit and structured finance.
- Contribute to marketing content, including pitch decks, product overviews, LinkedIn posts, and sales materials.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to define messaging, use cases, and value props for key client segments.
- Support outreach and partnership efforts with tailored research and messaging.
- Build dashboards and reports to track commercial performance and GTM effectiveness.
- Help standardize and improve how we pitch, position, and close deals.
- Track and summarize key industry trends, competitive moves, and buyer behavior in private credit and structured finance.
- Support outbound efforts and partnership development with tailored research and messaging.
Content & Positioning
- Contribute to commercial content: decks, LinkedIn posts, battlecards, event materials.
- Help define our positioning across banks, asset managers, and fintech originators.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to sharpen how we communicate value.
GTM Operations
- Build internal dashboards and track commercial KPIs (conversion, engagement, funnel health).
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in how we engage prospects — and help fix them.
- Support deal strategy, client meetings, and cross-functional GTM projects alongside the CEO.
Must-Haves
- 5–6 years of experience in GTM, revenue strategy, sales operations, or B2B strategy.
- Strong knowledge of structured finance or private credit – either from SaaS, consulting, or investment roles.
- Consulting background preferred, especially from strategy teams, Big 4, or financial services.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills — you can write clearly and back ideas with data.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and independently pushing work forward.
- You’re analytical, but not stuck in the weeds – you get the big picture and act on it.
- Experience in CRM, pipeline reporting, and sales/marketing tooling is a plus.
