Role Description

The Sales Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Preston. In this role, you will oversee the operational aspects of the sales function, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient processes. Key responsibilities include managing sales data and analytics, supporting the team with performance insights, improving customer satisfaction through streamlined processes, and ensuring alignment between sales and customer service teams. You will work collaboratively across departments to enhance overall operational efficiency and contribute to the success of the organization.

• Leadership experience to manage and motivate team members
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is an advantage
