Care.com is seeking a VP of Sales Operations to lead the company’s sales function. This role involves building a scalable sales org, optimizing processes, leading a sales ops team, and ensuring data integrity across sales systems. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and revenue growth for the Care for Business unit. They will be a key part of the growing business unit within Care.com.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations, including 5+ years of management experience
  • Excitement to build robust processes and scalable systems for a rapidly growing and evolving sales organization
  • Capable of running complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive and willingness to roll up sleeves
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems
  • Experience creating and managing compensation plans
