The Global Sales Enablement team is seeking a Principal to lead and evolve data-driven solutions within our KCS (KKR Client Solutions) and Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) business.
Requirements
- Act as a senior analytics partner to Sales and Product leadership, delivering insights that inform strategy and key business decisions
- Translate analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness
- Own and maintain core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business
- Identify high-impact business questions and opportunities, and proactively develop analytics to address them
- Lead executive-level sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives
