Sales Commissions Systems and Data Analyst

CarGurus is seeking a Sales Commissions Systems and Data Analyst to support the evolution of the CarGurus commission function. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in working with systems and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, sales operations, commissions, or a related area
• Exposure to commission processes or sales incentive programs is a plus
• Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce; familiarity with CaptivateIQ or similar tools is a plus
