We are seeking a Business Development Representative to cultivate and grow high-value referral relationships within the local real estate community, targeting top producers in La Mesa, Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Tierrasanta, and Lemon Grove. The role involves attending local real estate events, delivering presentations at brokerage sales meetings, and building long-term professional trust with agents.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout our target zip codes and greater San Diego.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to attend evening networking events monthly.
• Solid understanding of the real estate industry is preferred.

Benefits
