Requirements

  • Strong experience in corporate communications, editorial leadership, or strategic content roles
  • Proven ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong influencing and business partnering skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, able to advise, influence, and provide clear, well-judged recommendations in high-visibility situations
  • Experience managing people and/or developing junior team members
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and challenge the status quo
  • Strong familiarity with data and analytics, comfortable interpreting insights, spotting trends, and using performance metrics to shape content and decision-making
