Sales Manager, Business Development role to support the direction and nurture a high-performing team, leading and developing the Business Development and Engagement team to achieve sales targets across new and developing agent partners.
Requirements
- Proven management and leadership experience within a sales or commercial environment
- Demonstrable track record of identifying and delivering growth opportunities, driving incremental sales and distribution while maintaining brand integrity
- Strong relationship management capability, including account development, negotiation, and influencing at senior levels
- Experience operating effectively in an autonomous role, delivering against clear KPIs
- Ability to develop, document, and present strategic plans, including annual strategies and business cases
- Proven experience managing third party and partner relationships at a senior level
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
- High level of proficiency in IT applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Holds a valid UK driving license
