Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Sales Operations, based in Raleigh, NC, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Head of Sales Operations will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, implement business strategies, enhance business processes, and ensure the smooth running of sales activities. This position will involve analyzing sales data, developing business plans, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and Sales
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
  • Experience in Business Planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic lab industry is a plus
