FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in the P&L and Operating Capital planning process for the Iberian Business Unit, including Business Plan and Forecast Estimates. This role will provide value-added analysis of sales, margins, risks, and opportunities to support planning and ensure Senior Management has the most accurate insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA is a plus
• 5–7 years in Finance, with prior experience as a Financial Analyst (preferably in Controlling, FP&A, or Project Management)
• Audit and Tax experience is valuable
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Delivers Results – Takes accountability and ensures high-quality execution against priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective and persuasive communication skills
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous business improvement
• Financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP or ERP environments
