Marketing Automation Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to create international customer journeys in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the channels email, WhatsApp, SMS, and telephone. The successful candidate will develop concepts, implement them, and improve ongoing campaigns using data-based insights.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Completed successful studies in business administration, marketing, economics, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of CRM, marketing automation, and/or email marketing
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing (Level C1)
