The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will help drive revenue growth by partnering with B2C, B2B and Partner sales leadership to operationalize and optimize the sales processes. This role will support the Director of Revenue Operations with strategy, planning, forecasting, territory management, systems strategy and administration, process creation, traction and enforcement, performance management, and overall sales effectiveness.
The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales teams by developing structured processes and frameworks, training on sales tools, analyzing sales performance, and continuously looking for ways to improve KPIs and leading indicator metrics. This role will frequently interface with the Data Management & Analytics (DMA) team to ensure the proper analytical reports and dashboards are built. The ability to build operational reports & dashboards from concept to delivery within SFDC will be critical for the success of this role.
The right candidate will also be able to partner with Marketing and Marketing Ops to optimize lead scoring, lead flow, lead routing, lead handling and sales execution.
A day in the life
50% Sales & Business Related Operations
- Proactively create processes intended to operationalize the business
- Proactively monitor sales performance on a daily basis to discover and scope improvements and optimizations
- Propose creative solutions to help ensure consistently improving sales performance
- Create solid documentation to ensure processes can easily be understood and shared across the business
- Work with sales leadership to create territories and manage updates as needed
- Create Rules of Engagement (ROE) for all sales teams, including SDRs
- Conduct trainings with sales reps to ensure processes are follow and tools are understood
- Monitor and assists sales personnel to ensure processes are followed and tools are correctly & consistently utilized
- Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to build a roadmap consistent with business growth objectives
30% Data & Performance Metrics
- Understand leading indicator metrics and performance KPIs in order to build critical operational reports & dashboards directly in SFDC and related platforms
- Work with the Data Analytics team to scope analytical reports and dashboards
- Work with Finance and Sales Leadership to review compensation plan tracking and attainment
- Analyze data to find areas of improvement
20% Administrative/Technical Duties
- Work directly in SFDC to build and manage operational reports & dashboards
- Build out Accounts in SFDC, including hierarchy, key data fields, and assign based on territory rules
- Work with the Revenue Systems team to build and enhance processes, including CPQ and approval flows
Youll be successful in this role if you have
Education/Experience
- 3+ years experience in sales operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
- 2+ years experience in sales operations for high-volume transactional sales
- 2+ years experience in SFDC administration
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

- Deep understanding and experience building Sales Operations processes from scratch
