We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Operations Coordinator (Digital Auction Specialist) to join a dedicated group of functional experts focused on supporting and enhancing our digital auction operations across our auction locations.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in field operations, project management, or a related role
Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time
Experience in managing and executing large-scale change initiatives with a focus on gaining buy-in, providing training, and supporting sustainable adoption at the operational level
