We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to support our team members and leaders with Leaves of Absence and Accommodation requests, while driving efficient processes and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or administering Leaves of Absence, Accommodations, or other related work.
- Solid grasp of federal and state compliance laws related to LOA and accommodations (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, STD/LTD).
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
