ADESA is seeking a Regional Coordinator, Digital Operations (Digital Auction Specialist) to join a dedicated team focused on supporting and enhancing digital auction operations across our auction locations. As a Digital Auction Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the ADESA Clear digital auction platform and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in field operations, project management, or a related role
- Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time
- Experience in managing and executing large-scale change initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fostering positive change and driving operational excellence
- Ability to provide valuable and actionable feedback
- Competent in using data management tools, project management software, and communication platforms
