ADESA is looking for a Regional Project Coordinator, Digital Operations to optimize auction operations and enhance the effectiveness of the ADESA Clear digital platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the ADESA Clear leadership and operations teams to implement best practices, drive consistency, and maximize the effectiveness of the platform. This role will require travel at least 60-70% of the time.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in field operations, project management, or a related role
Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time
Experience in managing and executing large-scale change initiatives with a focus on gaining buy-in, providing training, and supporting sustainable adoption at the operational level

Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance digital auction performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and engage with teams at all levels
Passion for fostering positive change and driving operational excellence
Ability to provide valuable and actionable feedback
Competent in using data management tools, project management software, and communication platforms to track progress and share information

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
