Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
- Deep expertise in Marketo/Hubspot workflows and professional-level Salesforce administration/usage.
- Strong background in email marketing and campaign execution at scale.
- Hands-on experience with project/campaign management tools like Monday.com.
- Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in performance marketing metrics.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.
