The role:

The chosen individual will work with our VP Finance and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to define, implement, and monitor our core Sales, Marketing and Success systems and processes.

They will enable our GTM teams to drive rapid growth through operational efficiency, data analysis and insights, and the selection and implementation of an industry leading commercial tech stack.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scoping and implementing critical solutions in areas such as sales forecasting and historical analysis, lead qualification, marketing and sales conversion rates, sales commission plans, customer engagement, platform usage and much more.
  • Continuously assessing how to best use existing and build new tools in commercial teams and beyond, to remain cutting edge and generate maximum commercial success.
  • Analysing performance by channels, regions etc. and guide resource allocation based on ROI (and evolving/removing areas of underperformance). Helping the commercial functions to allocate resources/investments to generate maximum yield.
  • Constantly assessing our performance against industry leading SaaS Metrics and Sales KPIs.
  • Working with our functional team leads on analysis of performance and enabling continuous improvement for the GTM teams and individuals.
  • Building a team to maintain business support levels alongside extensive revenue growth
  • Providing business intelligence via reporting, dashboard design, and white space analysis to convert the data you capture into actional insights for commercial teams at the platform
  • Maintain a consistent feedback loop with the GTM leadership members on key RevOps data.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • You have extensive experience managing HubSpot and a deep understanding of the range of tools used by a hyper growth SaaS
  • You acclimatise quickly in new environments and build strong relationships with the go-to-market teams of a B2B SaaS startup with direct sales teams.
  • You have a track record of driving GTM efficiency improvements through KPI reporting & analysis and are able to presenting opportunities as quickly as possible in a digestible format
  • You have experience launching new tooling, integrating it within the existing tech stack, training users and driving utilisation / adoption.
  • You have a data-driven, highly analytical approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware. Naturally inquisitive and driven by results.
  • Strong creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think ‘outside of the box’ when faced with new challenges.
  • You have a can-do will-do mindset and the initiative to take action, test and learn.
  • Exposure to our wider tech stack of Planhat, ZoomInfo, LI Sales Navigator
  • A drive to continuously develop yourself and others around you
  • Passion for B2B startup growth journeys and the relevant metrics
