The Digital Sales Manager will lead and expand digital revenue at Hearst Television’s NBC affiliates in the Burlington, VT / Plattsburgh, NY market. This role involves developing teams, driving client outcomes, and leveraging industry-leading tools and data. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital revenue growth, client success, and team development in a fast-evolving digital-first environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and cross-platform media, including television and digital solutions
  • Experience generating revenue through new business development and account growth across multiple platforms
  • Ability to create persuasive presentations, respond to RFPs, and align solutions to client goals
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy and inventory management to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients, agencies, and internal teams
