VP Revenue Operations (f/d/m)

CEEZER is seeking a VP of RevOps leader to drive growth in Climate Tech. This role focuses on strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, revenue optimization, and team development within a fast-paced VC-funded startup. The ideal candidate will shape revenue strategies, optimize KPIs, and mentor a team to contribute to scalable growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of RevOps leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B marketplace business.
• Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions from early stages (Series A – C).
• Deep experience with GTM strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
• Valid working permit in Germany.
• Clear communicator and influencer comfortable working with C-level stakeholders.
