Role Overview
As Sales Operations Specialist, you are the strategic partner of Sales Leadership. You drive performance, strengthen operational rigor and contribute to sales effectiveness, leveraging Revenue Operations standards and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance Management
- Support Sales Leaders in performance analysis and action plan definition to achieve objectives
- Ensure forecast, pipeline and key reporting reliability
- Contribute to business predictability and data consistency between CRM, forecast and financial systems
- Ensure proper use and continuous improvement of management tools (Salesforce, Pigment, Xactly, etc.)
Business Partnership and Operational Excellence
- Act as trusted advisor to sales teams: prioritization, planning, execution
- Support sales rituals (pipeline reviews, forecast, QBR) and disseminate best practices
- Identify efficiency levers and continuous improvement opportunities
Operational Model Contribution
- Identify and evolve key processes (go-to-market, opportunity management, forecasting, performance management, etc.)
- Measure process adoption and impact
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Identify priority topics to address through cross-functional projects
- Collaborate on design, execution and results tracking
Required Profile
- Strong analytical skills and business sense
- Ability to influence and partner with Sales Leaders
