Your Role

Based in Boulogne Billancourt, within the Revenue Operations department of the Group, reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, you will join the Center of Expertise teams.

As Senior Revenue Operations Expert, your objective is to design, structure and evolve the standards of Sales Planning, Opportunity Management and Forecasting in order to improve revenue predictability, strengthen commercial efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Sales Planning standards, including processes, dashboards, sales plays and management cadence
  • Structure Opportunity Management practices to improve pipeline quality, opportunity qualification and deal review efficiency
  • Design and maintain reliable and predictive forecasting models, integrating historical data, pipeline and advanced indicators
  • Drive automation and AI integration initiatives to optimize RevOps processes and improve sales performance
  • Contribute to the definition and dissemination of global RevOps standards, and formalize best practices via playbooks, guidelines and support materials
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Strategy & Insights and Tools & Technology teams to ensure adoption of standards and support strategic initiatives

Required Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy Ops or consulting with expertise in Sales Planning, pipeline management and forecasting in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong appetite for data, automation and AI
  • Mastery of planning and forecasting tools (Pigment, Anaplan, BI tools) and ease in advanced data exploitation
  • Structured mindset, impact-oriented, capable of evolving in a transformational environment, with pragmatism
  • Good communication skills including with Senior Executives
  • Fluent English essential (international environment)
