What you’ll do here:

Infosec is seeking an enthusiastic and process-minded Marketing Coordinator to manage cross-functional projects, streamline processes to drive operational excellence, and provide support for strategic and ad-hoc initiatives.

  • Offer tactical support to coordination, administration and timely execution of marketing and cross-functional projects.
  • Track timelines, coordinate schedules, facilitate communication among key partners, and bring teams together into a cohesive whole.
  • Provide writing and proofreading support for product, sales and marketing collaterals and assets (i.e. ad copy, web pages, product messaging, sales materials, case studies, customer testimonials, and more).
  • Ensure product databases and customer lists stay current and updated.
  • Support additional strategic ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Develop product knowledge to better support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years’ work experience in a professional office environment
  • Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational, time and project management skills
  • An ability to remain agile while optimally coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Avid user of project management tools like Monday.com
  • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills for content including web pages, emails, product descriptions and ads
  • “Can-do,” positive attitude and problem-solving skills with a desire to reach personal growth and team objectives
  • Proficiency with office suite, content publishing and analytics tools like WordPress, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce and Qlik desired
  • Experience working in the Cybersecurity and EdTech industry is a plus
